Blue Lake Property

In 2012, BNA purchased 30 acres of patent land on Blue Lake in the township of Jellicoe. Originally purchased for the use of the aggregate material for the base of the Sawmill, the property is now being considered for high-end cottages. With the eventual commencement of Geraldton’s Greenstone Gold Mines’ Hardrock Project, there could be an opportunity to build cottages as rentals and utilize the value-added lumber from the Papasay Sawmill.
