Industrial Park
BNA’s Industrial Park is made up of 3 lots off of Hwy 11 that the community has available for industrial developments. Lot A is currently occupied by the community’s Sawmill. The survey shows Lot A’s size at 5.92 hectares or 14.63 acres, Lot B’s size at 6.44 hectares or 15.92 acres, and Lot C’s size at 10.92 hectares or 26.98 acres.
The community is looking to Papasay to seek out potential renters or leasers of BNAs Industrial Park properties. Work will commence in 2019 that will see the clearing and building up of the Industrial Park lots. BNA and Papasay urge interested renters to speak with BNA’s Director of Economic Development.
